"New client, and without any emailing Holly picked up the phone the day after Christmas. She booked my cat Fred a next day appointment. She was great on the phone and clearly experienced. Unfortunately I don’t remember either name of Fred’s Doctor and CVT but they were a pleasure. Both ladies were good listeners, it quickly became clear they are experienced healthcare providers. The entire team there is smart and on top of things. Good overall experience. Oh, and the next day I actually received a follow up call to see how Fred was doing.
