"I’ve been a loyal customer since the opening of this store. I went to get some mulch when I was rudely yelled at by a worker when trying to load mulch into my truck. I spend more than $1000.00 annually at this store…no more. I needed more mulch after this visit so I took my business to Lowe’s where I will continue to shop from now."

"I am a rewards member and have shopped at Ace for years. I ordered two six gallon gas cans to be delivered to my home. I was busy working and not able to hear or use my cell phone. They called twice. My wife called to find the status of the order and was told they had it and had called. They promised delivery the next day. They didn't deliver them. On the third day I went to the store to pick up my purchase. I was shocked at how customers were being talked to and the obvious turmoil within the employees, they acknowledged the error but kept stating they had called even though my wife had spoken with them.. I will never shop this location again. Bad customer service!!!"
