"My first time visiting this location today, and I won’t go anywhere else now. The manager, Cory, went out of his way when a particular item/size I needed for my senior dog was out of stock. My daughter and I spent close to an hour in the store because it was so clean and inviting, and we were having fun watching the ferrets. Cory even came over and took a ferret out so my daughter could see him up close. All other staff we interacted with were friendly and wonderful as well. A+++ customer service and we will definitely be back!"

"When i went an adopted a kitten from there i was told he had all his shots besides rabies and that if i didnt have a cat at home he could be with then id need to get another, so i bought him took him home and let him around my other cats. I am extremely disappointed to say that not only did they sell a sick kitten to me but now all my cats at hime are sick and on antibiotics now as well. I took them to the vet and found out the kitten has only had one shot!! So now im $300 in vet bills for ONLY the cat i was told was healthy. $200 for my other cat. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT ADOPT FROM THIS STORE."

"I went there to try their self-serve bath for my dogs. It was awful, the shampoo they gave me was so watered down, and I could not regulate the water it was either too hot or cold. The blow dryer blew out cold air, so I couldn't even dry them. The employees were so unfriendly and couldn't care that I was having issues. All of this and I had to pay 10.00 per dog! Go 1/2 mile down the road to Tractor Supply. Much better service and the staff is great and the room is not cold where the baths are."
