"The older heavyset man with grayed hair that waited on me lacks customer service. He actually threw my prescription on the counter and his facial expression was I annoyed him by asking to add my insurance information. He has no business assisting customers, because you've lost this one."

"They have never filled a script in less than two hours and the posted hours are either incorrect or they just constantly close early. They are supposed to be open until 9pm but closed early on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Seems like no one wants to work nowadays. Such a shame."

"I've been with CVS for years. In AZ, Oregon, Texas, MO, and here. While I've had some issues with the pharmacy that closed here in Homosassa, I was shocked when I attempted to fill my pain meds today and was told that because of my pharmacy closing and Winn dixie pharmacy closing, they don't have my meds and will have to order them. Then she told me, I needed to find a different pharmacy. I see my pain management every 2 months, so I can't find a different pharmacy for at least 2 months. Plus I attempted to find a different pharmacy last year, but because I only get pain meds and my chronic fatigue meds filled at the pharmacy, I was unable to find another one. I have extreme pain and cannot survive without my meds. What am I supposed to do?"

"The people in the pharmacy are always so very kind and helpful despite how busy they consistently are. The checkout staff is helpful up front and the store always has great things and reliable consistent stock of other items."
