"Love the rule of 1 patient in the lobby at a time and the separate waiting rooms. It's nice to see animals play together but it's nicer to ensure the safety of the patients and clients. Clean and calming environment."

"I was extremely unimpressed with the service here from top to bottom. I felt talked at, my dog was not handled correctly, the initial appointment visit is over $100 paid up front for them to recount allergy information that you can google right after you read this review, and the Dr. never even looked at my dog. Front desk is clueless, complains about job out loud, gave me the wrong drugs, and puts customers last. I called twice and sent owner an email before leaving this review, was never contacted back over any concerns."

"***Update*** I called again today, for the fourth time. The lady on the phone had no desire to help me and was extremely rude. After asking to speak to someone else, she offered for me to leave a message. I’m taking this as a sign not to bring my dog here. I called a to schedule an appointment nine days ago. The lady I spoke with told me that I could not schedule an appointment unless I payed the entire amount of the first visit (up front) Unfortunately, I did not have my debit card on me at the time, so I told her I would call her back. I called the next morning and was told that the staff was really busy, and that they would call me back to schedule. I never received a phone call. I called again, this time leaving a voicemail request a call back to schedule and still have not received a call. In the mean time, we’ve had to take our puppy to an urgent care vet, and are currently still seeking a primary care vet."
