"After calling 4 area walmarts, I gave up. No one, I repeat, NO ONE answered the phone. With the cost of gas what it is, I won't shop a store unless they have what I'm looking for. We're talking possibly several hundred dollars for one single transaction. Didn't want to resort to ordering on line. I at least want to touch and feel the product. Wallyworld gets further and further away from what true customer service is all about. I guess when you get that big, the philosophy of serving the needs of the consumer goes out the window. Got a new slogan for you Wallyworld, "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT"."
