"Returned a UHaul trailer...... 2 days later my Uhaul account still shows the trailer was not returned. The store owner stated when I dropped it off I could wait 45 mins to get a receipt (with no ONE else in the store). He stated he would get it checked in in a couple of hours (2 days later still not checked in). I had to call UHaul FL customer service to get this checked in!! This is completely unacceptable at all professional levels. DO NOT UHaul Business with this location!!"
