"We normally don't have an issue with this store location. Everyone is normally really nice and helpful. This most recent experience, I was pretty upset. I went to use the Dog Wash for the first time. Drove the 45 minutes to get there. Was really excited to do a proper grooming session. Pre-paid, got treats, explaining that this was my puppy's first time here doing this, so I wanted to handle everything first, so I could focus on her. Get into the Dog Wash area, start the water. Get everything set up. Water won't get hot. So I try the other sink. By now, my dog has gotten wet because the floor was wet (understandably). That bath won't get hot. Surly in November they dont expect people to bathe their dogs in cold water. I called up front about the water, "Oh, yeah, sorry, the hot water is out." Re-packed up and they DID give me a refund. So that was positive. I was really upset about the waste of time, gas, and stress to my pup , for nothing. Why couldn't I have been told that to start? If not every cashier knew, why not put a sign up?"
"I always love shopping at this Tractor Supply. I buy my pet food here and dog treats. This weeks trip was my favorite by far though! I had Ricky(I guess that’s how you spell it I’m not sure) as my cashier and he was kind and polite. Went the extra mile to make sure I had found everything I needed and I greatly appreciated it. I usually hate when anyone says anything to me when I’m shopping because it’s always super awkward but this trip wasn’t."
