"Worst costumer service ever. When we went into purchase the dressing rooms were closed. They were unable to look up our customer rewards when we checked out so we just purchased our items to try on at home and left. Turns out we need one item in a bigger size so came back 5 days later to exchange. In the holiday shuffle the receipt was misplaced, but we assumed that they could look it up on our credit card like nearly every other store. When we got there they wouldn't even allow the exchange without the receipt stating that it was their policy, however their policy sign was hidden behind racks and piles of items for sale (they even had to search for it) and we never saw the receipt with the policy which was stuck in the bag when we purchased the items. Additionally, they said that they could look it up by our customer rewards, but because they could not find us when we purchased the item and we were not offered for our information to be updated this was not an option either. So now we are stuck with a brand new item with tags that we cannot exchange. This has never been an issue when we shopped at our local Eddie Bauer so I don't know if it is because this is a tourist area or what but we are extremely disappointed in how it was handled"

"Rude customer service. My poor dad spent a week in the hospital with covid and has experienced breathing complications. He had his mask covering his mouth so he can look at a shirt, and immediately one of their employees told him in a stern tone to put his mask up. He explained he has breathing issues due to COVID and was looking at a shirt with his glasses on, but the lady responded with a cold hearted “I don’t care, lay it down and leave or I’ll call security.” We left the store and sure even a security guy checked on us. Everything was fine, but as a business owner I’d be a ashamed to have those two working under my company because of their lack of empathy, cold hearted, sensitive skin, despising attitude. No hard feelings, just have some sympathy next time. Only this time I won’t dare enter the store with those two working."

"I shop here multiple times while in Florida. Staff is always friendly and greet you as you walk in the door. When checking out they ask if you found what you were looking for. I also order online and rewards program offers free shipping. With tags they have happy to take returns on items that don't work out. Great customer service keeps me coming back."

"Lots of Eddie Bauer branded products at discounted prices. Size selection can be an issue as popular sizes go fast. Outerwear, casual clothing and footwear for men, women and kids. Seems to retain traditional Eddie Bauer quality but at a discounted price. Plenty of free parking, no washroom, wheelchair accessible but narrow aisles could make navigation a challenge."
