"⭐️ for that pharmacist lady . Need more training on customer service."
"The pharmacist at this location is absolutely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never use this pharmacy again. If she hates her life and job so much she should consider choosing a different profession. If I could give this place a zero I would."
"This pharmacy sucks. I don't understand how you could be out of stock in birth control and antibiotics and NOT tell the patient so they can get filled somewhere else."
"I wish I could leave a 0. What a terrible visit to cvs today. I’m a frequent customer and today your Store Manager Samantha was rude, and gave me looks the whole time I was shopping making me feel uncomfortable. I did call and made the company aware of this behavior. She needs to be taught to greet every customer and help every customer no matter the color of their skin or if she feels like it that day. Do better Samantha it’s 2023"
"Their pharmacist, at least the one I dealt with today, is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in a retail environment. I was talking to the woman at the counter, whom I spoke with over the phone a few times today, expressing my frustration that I was told a prescription would be ready in a couple hours and five hours later it was not ready. I have been waiting several days for the items to come in. The pharmacist from her station told me if I would allow them to do their jobs it wouldn’t take as long. I explained I called about it before driving “all the way the **** over here” and my child needs this to stay alive (she has diabetes and must be able to take insulin to live). She then told me I was no longer welcome to fill prescriptions there and could leave. When I asked if I should just tell my daughter she has to die then? She agreed to fill this one time . Then told me I shouldn’t wait until I’m out to refill. I attempted to refill at the first available date insurance would allow. and had been waiting days for CVS to order it in. She filled a partial amount and now I have to find another pharmacy that carriers this item as it is not available at all pharmacies."
