"Dr. Gibbs is okay however; I do feel he does lack empathy. And sometimes can come around as if he don't wanna hear you. His staff is very unprofessional with no phone etiquette at all. I think what turned me off with him the most is my session was ending and he answered his cell phone than turned around to his computer and stated go head I'm listening. I'm not seeing him again. This was definitely unprofessional at it's best."
