"Hard to contact the people here. They never really responded to my emails nor did they respond to anything on the portal. I don’t understand how you can be a counselor when theres no communication. Also whenever I had an appointment my counselor would either cancel or change my appointment to a Telehealth appointment which seemed rude since it was always the day of. I suggest looking for counseling somewhere else."
