"About half of their dishes were empty at 4:40 this afternoon. One dish I could eat was beef & broccoli. There was 2 small pieces of beef in what I got, which emptied their bowl. Some of the broccoli went into the other space where she then put a very small quantity of orange chicken. When asked for egg roll they were out and new would not be ready for 8 minutes. My wife asked to see the manager, the cashier asked; what? I asked my wife to forget it, that's how they run the place. I should have just re-gifted the gift card I got for that place."

"Came in at 6:15on a Sunday night. Between online orders and in house orders they got swamped. I've got 24 years working FOH, BOH, and managing restaurants and would hire Kelsey in a heart beat. She killed it, she remained calm, kept making calls for dishes, and kept the line moving while keeping all the backed up orders organized."

"The interior is clean when lunch crowd hasn't destroyed it. Service was slow as the two servers didn't work together and git angry with one another rather than centering on customer service. The young girl didn't listen to another customers request and the amount served was less than usual. The great news is Coke products are served here. Bathrooms were okay but there are better places to go and feel cleaner. They ran out of multiple foods and didn't cook the teriyaki chicken in sauce so the end product was a but dry with packets of cold teriyaki sauce dumped on hot chicken. They need to work on service and raise expectations to the normally high standards of Panda Express."

"Awful experience. I placed my order at 5:18pm and walked in the store two minutes later. I waited 25 minutes to the dot for my food. 25 minutes! They served everyone before me. And to top it all off, when I got home, the item I was waiting for (black pepper chicken) was completely missing from my two plates!!! So I waited 25 minutes for nothing and was robbed for my money. No fortune cookies or forks or sauce or anything in my bag either. I don't understand, I wasn't rude or anything to the employees. Why was I treated this way?"

"I feel like I’m always complaining and it’s getting old. Love Panda Express, Hate this location. They do not care they purposely don’t do things all the time and the manager doesn’t seem to care either . Clearly says medium on the sticker and they put both in a small container. I dumped the shrimp into an empty bowl so we can see how many shrimp it is.. 6 shrimp for 10$…"
