"My Father went into the hospital. Dr Ruiz kept him in there for 32 days. He never checked his urine for infection. Gave him no antibiotics. My Father also had a leg wound that was never checked. It turned really bad during the 32 days, and Dr Ruiz brought in a Specialist and he did surgery on his leg, which afterwards the Surgeon said, "I'm not ruling out Amputation". In the end, my Father got Sepsis from an untreated UTI. He was put in a Nursing Home where his condition got worse. He passed away from Septic Shock. That could have and should have been prevented, had Dr Ruiz knew what he was doing. My Father would have lived! This doctor is okay if you have nothing wrong with you, but if you have an Illness, Please Stay Away!!"

"My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Ruiz and we could not be more satisfied. He is absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable, kind, has a great sense of humor and never rushes the appt. I only wish we had found him sooner!!"

"You will wait HOURS in the waiting room for your appointment time. If you have literally nothing else going on in life see this guy. The entire staff should retire or be fired and the place should be shut down. If you have a job or anything else to do it will not happen on appointment day. Other doctors and nurses constantly leaving is a big red flag. Also the fact that they have no idea how to schedule people is embarrassing. Wait 3 hours for a 5 minute sit down no I will not do it. I can't believe he is still in business"

He takes the time to listen to all your concerns, and make sure that you understand what your medical condition is and the treatment that is best for your health. Waiting time might be a little while but it is definitely worth the wait for the care you are getting, Dr Ruiz has truly dedicated his life to the care of his patients. God bless him. We are very fortunate to have him taking care of myself and family."

Oh and I should share, when you are not feeling well and need a sick appt, you can actually get into their office in a timely manner. Oh and the office staff, amazing, kind, know you’re name and genuinely care! Best decision was to change to a practice that cares for their patients!"
