"Bowl was made perfect but when starting to eat it the guy served me super hard rice! I had to spit out every bite due to the rice was so hard and old you couldn’t chew it. I should have known when he was scraping the pan. I feel robbed because I had to throw the whole bowl away!"

"I mean, average of what we have come to expect from Chipotle, but fairly filling if you ask for double meat. The scoops of protein were less than I'd expect for a $14 burrito.. Staff was nice. No complaints here on that. Nobody goes to Chipotle for "atmosphere" that I know of."

"Food is never the same quality. Sometimes it’s good, other times flavorless or burnt. Recently I placed a pick up order through the window and sat outside for over 5 min. I knocked on the window and honked. Both times the girl just looked at me. So as I pull around to come in she grabs a rag and acts like she’s cleaning. I asked for a refund and was refused by the manager Ivan who laughed at me because I was mad and told to call the number on the app. Customer service is horrible. I wasn’t asked anything or even offered my food."

"You can tell this is a brand new chipotle where almost everyone is in training. The service was insanely slow (customers waiting to order while cashier is on her phone). The food was not up to standard . The chips were really stale and someone else came to complain after I had suffered through mine. They were out of ingredients and skimped on others. I hope that they get it together but until they do, the Qdoba just around the corner has great service, a larger selection, and better quality."
