Chick-fil-A,

"Usually don’t have anything bad to say about Chick-fil-A, but I stopped by the Sanford location, and the line was very long to start with. Once we ordered and we got to the window, we realized that we were rung up incorrectly. Instead of getting a grilled nugget, we got a fried nugget for one order. Once we advised the staff, they told us they would fix it at the window. Once we got there, the gentleman asked to see the bag, put his hand in the bag and took out the fried nugget and then charged us $.65 for an upgrade for the grilled nugget. At that point the grilled nuggets weren’t even ready so they told us to pull up and wait, we waited pretty close to 10 minutes and nothing and we had to get out and ask. This is not the type of service that we were used to for Chick-fil-A."

"Had a most memorable dinner with my best friend here. I will never forget the hospitality of these employees. We came in so close to closing. The Christmas decorations and train sets were amazing. We stayed well beyond our welcome I know but the employees were still so considerate. My friend takes his time and enjoys every moment. That was the last memory I have with him. We were so enjoying the atmosphere we didn’t selfie like we normally do . He passed away the next week. Thanks for not making it a bad memory. Your team rocks!!"

"Went here to eat with my sister niece and nephew. The table service was nice. The gentleman was polite, and he even brought my niece a milkshake free of charge. The food order was correct and hot. This location was clean for the most part. I do wish they would wipe the tables down in between customers. Other than the table not being clean, everything else was great!"

"I don’t like the increase in prices for one, you changed the Kale side salad to large only, then when I pay extra for a large fry you give me the same amount as a medium just in a bigger container not happy at all with my spending decision at chic-fil-a"

"Quick, accurate and delicious food. They never truly disappoint but each store is different They are the first CFA to utilize their useless play area into a holiday room. Filled with trains and Xmas decorations. Very cool idea for that space."
