"Bad Customer Service This last Saturday I drove from St. Augustine to Jacksonville and arrived at this store at exactly 8:33 pm, Only to find out that the meat department was already closed (or at least they were in the process of cleaning). I said to him: why advertise that you are open till 9:00 if you are going to close at 8:30?.... it just does not make sense. I explained to the person behind the counter that I had driven almost 40 minutes just to buy meat for a gathering I had the following morning, but apparently he did not care and said that the machines were already “Turned Off” (...like if it required a group of scientists to gather and flick a button to turn on a meat slicer). I decided to call another store close by (same street): “Mi Pueblo #1”, and they said that the were still open and would wait for me. So I took my business to them instead and to my surprise I was treated with very well at this other establishment. To management: I spent $187.00 dollars at Mi Pueblo #1, same money and Business that could have been yours, yet your lack of understanding and bad customer service made me take my ver often Business elsewhere. So if anything... thank you for allowing me to take my business to the store next door."
