"I have a referral from The University of Kansas and have called 20 times to book an appointment with Dr Johnson. I can't get a return call or any information from scheduling to make sure they have the referral. I know it's the holidays but my treatments and my cancer don't take Holidays and I know they're working or are they? Tomorrow I'll look for someone else who wants to help"

"I had a lumpectomy in 2015 in Mobile AL. So I went to Dr. Johnson for a simple mammogram referral, an annual, not a fancy diagnostic. Took me a month to get what I needed. Sent me to a hospital for a diagnostic with $500 copay. No! Finally got a regular mammogram annual appointment. Had vials of blood drawn. He told me he'd call me with results. After calling and leaving 3 messages, I ended up spending hundreds of dollars for no answers. My mammogram was clean and I got a letter from them. Dr. Johnson needs to work on communication skills, sadly."
