"Well as much as hate to give an 3 instead of a 5 is strictly the wait time. We were 30 minutes early for appointment and completed all our paperwork 5 minutes before our appointment but didn’t get in for 1 1/2 hrs PAST our appointment. We saw another patient go up and ask about their appointment and she left looking very disappointed. As for Dr Moody and assistant she’s a 5 star plus, very reassuring and calm and seems very up front my wife was very comfortable with her. We totally understand she’s a surgeon and if she’s delayed due to a surgery that’s 100% understandable but please let the patients waiting know there’s a delay instead of just letting us set for over an hour. Update: had follow up with Dr Moody, 09-25-2023 arrived early since we had an insurance change, young lady in office corrected it quickly and we were almost immediately taken to an exam room. No long wait. After nurse ( who was extremely pleasant) and Dr Moody finished her followup. Dr Moody had lost her voice but was still there for her patients, we see a truly caring, physician. Only issue was 1st visit on wait time, just keep patients informed of a delay. Dr Moody and her staff are well above a 5 star, most comfortable physician my wife has been around in decades."
