"I am writing this review for my wife Patricia Nicolet. Dr. Dietrich office is the worst in the world. They never answer calls. They never followup on messages that are left. Dr Dietrich is a great surgeon, his HCA office is the issue. My wife was scheduled for a surgery 2 week followup. She was called a few days prior and told the office has some issues and they needed to cancel the appointment and would call to reschedule at a later date. Dr Dietrich was on vacation and no one was in the office to assist the patient, meds, etc. When she knew he was back she called to see when they would schedule a surgery followup and to get some refills on pain and muscle medication. They did schedule the appointment, since she called, but could not guarantee the meds could be refilled. If I was picking a surgeon Dr Dietrich would not be on my list. Not because of his capabilities but because of his HCA office staff."
