"Had referral sent over twice by primary doctor (they never got it). Hand delivered referral to office, never got a phone call. Called 3 more times about setting up appointment, no call back. It’s been 4 months. Awful clinic, avoid this place."

"Took my Mom there a year ago. Very unconcerned staff and MD. Never bothered telling us what the urine sample showed. Had to change rooms with my Mom in a wheelchair, and we had oxygen tank, the assistant nor did the MD or any other staff bother holding the doors open or assisting with oxygen that I was trying to push along w/my Mom in her wheelchair. I am a nurse, worked for many find MD"s including a group of Urologist and I would never, ever recommend Dr. Doer much less his unconcerned staff to anyone. There are more compassionate, doctors and staff in the area, ones that will explain things to you and help you. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT GOING BACK FOR THIS YEARS APPOINTMENT."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This place only cares about Money. They would not allow me to make an appointment and pay American cash for medical care. They will only take medical insurance so that they can charge more money to the insurance company for the medical services. That is insane not to give someone medical care for American US Dollars."
