"One of the worst dr offices I have ever been to. I have been a patient for years and given the office to many opportunities. From the front office with being rude, non caring, complacent, office manager not correcting any of these issues, upto the assistants you leave multiple messages with that say they will return the call within 48 hrs and never call, all the way up to the management at West Florida Medical Center that will do nothing but tell you they are here to help until you ask for them to help. I have moved 3 family members that saw 5 doctors from this medical center due to these issues. I feel sorry for the older generation that is unable to speak up for themselves and have to take the poor medical services provided here."

"Went to him after my doctor left the practice ( Dr. Brown) and I left my appointment with him Having extreme anxiety. He’s rude and I felt like he looked down on me for absolutely no reason. I told him I was there for a routine well visit and he laughed and said no you’re not because this is my first time seeing you. I was totally confused by that comment but a month later I realized he said that because had it been a routine appointment I wouldn’t have had to pay and the way he billed my insurance I ended up having to pay for the visit which was a waste of my time."

"I love that Dr. Jones spends a lot of time with his patients. He gives you the time to talk to him and address any concerns. I hate doctors that are in and out in ten minutes. I want a doctor to know me as a whole person. That includes what is going on in my life. It has been a long time since I found a doctor that would not only talk but also listen to his patients. Dr. Jones came recommended to me and now I highly recommend him to others."

"Jones cutoff my High Blood Pressure meds because I'm not able to make further appointments due to losing insurance and now a truck driver. Yes my meds to keep me alive are being held ransom. Fyi spend cash on meds you'll be amazed no need for insurance for right now even for meds until im thru the transition with work mainly just for expensive doc visits apparently"
