"I had been warned not to take my mom to this place for her physical therapy, but either way we went. Very bad decision. We had a terrible experience with the customer service at this place. The two ladies at the front desk are rude, unempathetic, and treated patients poorly. They didn't respect the scheduled appointment times and on top of that, they treat you with such an attitude. It's very unfortunate that in a place where they work with patients, the first two people you encounter have no idea how to treat and respect a person. I wouldn't recommend it."
