"The utmost care and compassion during out visit. Quick attention only took 5 minutes to leave lobby. All nurses down to the front desk lady Nicole were so attentive. We would especially like to give gratitude to Ian Carter, Nurse Gabriela and Resident Dr Leon Nguyen they were so informative caring and you can tell they are passionate about their work. We would definitely recommend this hospital!"
"This is worst hospital I’ve ever been to. No compassion whatsoever. I got admitted after an accident and they took so long to come and see me. I had a foot injury and everyone kept hitting my foot making it worse. The lady that came to do X-rays on my entire body was not gentle at all. Complaining to her co workers about how much X-rays she had to give me. Everyone there clearly hates their job and it shows. When she did my X-rays I was screaming in pain because of how she was moving my feet around like she was taking out her frustration on me. I’m in pain and they just discharged me the same day. Saying I’ll be better in 3 days when I got hit by car. I pointed out some mistakes that were displayed on screen because it said that they missed some X-rays and the doctor said “oh that screen is not accurate don’t pay attention to it” but coincidentally right after it adjusted and said all X-rays were complete. If that was not the cherry on top I had jewelry on and the doctor told me to take it off to look at the wounds in my hand. I put the jewelry on the bed and then as we’re leaving and I’m downstairs, I ask for my jewelry back and no one can find it. They all say to did not come in with jewelry but the supervisor and doctor both confirm that they saw I had it and asked me to take it off. And conveniently even though I called the police to report a theft she still could not be reached. The only person who says I had jewelry now can’t be talked to and everyone is saying I never came in with jewelry. So on top of terrible service, rude nurses, repeated pain from their negligence, I also got robbed. This hospital is absolutely terrible and I do not recommend it to anyone. And judging from what I’m seeing in other reviews I’m not the only one who had a bad experience here."
"I am sorry for the employees that really did try to make this experience better, but I have to say that if you care for your loved ones DO NOT PLACE THEM HERE. Here's a few reasons why: 1. During an endoscopy, my father, the patient, had the inside of his eye scratche. When he get out of his procedure he was in incredible amounts of pain in his eye to the point that he couldnt even open it the doctor, who's name I won't disclose, shamelessly blamed it on a pillow (multiple times), when i didnt buy the excuse he said "it could be the sheets." On top of all the stuff he has had to go through he is now also dealing with eye pains for which we need to apply ointment and keep covered. 2. Any doctor or nurse who has come to look at his eye, did not wash their hands or use gloves to check his eye, a very sensitive and bacteria-prone area. 3. The nurses have complete disregard for their own volume levels when they enter the rooms whether it be 2am, 5am or 8am, they have no problem entering the room loudly and speaking in high volumes at the patient while lie their resting or screaming from within a patients room to another nurse across the hallway -something uncomfortable, even for a non-patient. 4. On one of 4 mornings we were at the hospital a patient sent out a call (a hallway siren) for a nurse at 9am, this beeping siren went off for 30 minutes and was not addressed until i said something to one of the nurses. 5. When addressing something you get a lot of answers like "I just started my shift" or "I know nothing about that." Despite communicating with other members of the "team" multiple times, there seems to be a very broken line of communication. 6. We had a prolonged discharge from the hospital (an additional day and a half), said to be delayed due to a wait for oxygen tanks to be delivered from a 3rd party. Only after I took it upon myself to call the medical company a day after we'd been waiting to recieve the tabks, was it revealed to me that the delay was due to A LACK OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE HOSPITAL. The issue was only resolved after I brought it to the hospitals attention. For a full day leading up to this point they stood firmly behind the fact that this was a 3rd party company and that the arrival of the equipment was out of the hospitals hands. 7. When the equipment arrived the oxygen tank they left for my father to leave the hospital with was faulty. The hospital provided another one and by the time my father got home it was empty. See video attached. 8. No one gave us any instructions on how to use the portable tanks before leaving. We had to figure it out alone while my father was losing oxygen at home. 9. The food in the cafeteria is absolutely revolting and unnutritious. I cannot believe medical experts are supposed to eat this on their break. 10. Already Sick patients are served puddings, fruit juices, and other sub-nutritional snacks like processed meats, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, color dyes, corn and seed oils, and other ingredients that should never be put in people's mouths. (See images). We will never come back here again."
