"This company is disgusting. So i was seeing a therapist (who I won't name individually), over the last year. I am struggling with mental health & substance abuse, and have relapsed multiple times during our sessions. I don't blame anyone but myself for that. I just got out of treatment last week and attempted to start therapy again, BUT was told I need to do IOP (Intensive Out Patient) first. Unfortunately Aetna won't approve it, and I explained that to Two Chairs. Both my treatment therapist AND my Aetna mental health advocate said I should start therapy ASAP. I was turned down by the therapist I was seeing, twice. I explained everything and still turned down, so I need to write this. I gave it 2 stars only because I felt his therapy was helpful, but very confused why I am begging a therapist to help me. I know that virtual therapist is a result of Covid, but I don't believe that we are at a place where I should be begging for therapy. FIND another virtual therapist OR someone in person. THIS COMPANY ISN'T IT."
"I started working with a therapist at Two Chairs a few weeks ago, and I have been thrilled with my experience so far. I work from home and have a family so finding time to get to an office for an hour is difficult, I love the convenience of online sessions. I think they are missing a market by not offering in person though. My therapist is very easy to talk to and helped create a plan that I was confident I could accomplish. They accept Aetna too."
"I was referred to Two Chairs from a friend and found it really easy to sign up. Being able to virtually work with a therapist is a huge benefit for me as it accommodates my personal schedule. It took no effort to sign up and they were helpful throughout the process. Two Chairs is in network with Aetna in Florida which made this an inexpensive solution."
