"We LOVE Alpha PT and recovery!!!!!! My daughter is a dancer and she first visited Dr Jess for post injury rehabilitation of her left foot. After her injury she was suffering from stiffness and decreased Mobility in the foot which was affecting her ability to pointe. After six weeks with Jess she gained it back and then some! Jess not only worked on strengthening her foot but helped her with overall balance, core strength and so much more! She loved it so much that we now do strength and conditioning with Jess. She is so knowledgeable and I love that she explains the reasons for the exercises so dancers understand the why not just the how.
