"I cannot express how much this program has changed our child’s life and has helped us as a family. Anny and Frank were amazing from first contact and guided us through the entire process. They sincerely care about your child & their mental health. In a world full of suspect mental health help they are the real deal and not money hungry! The therapist & counselors Ben and Mike were phenomenal and absolutely professional. Ben was my child’s therapist and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable, he made us feel completely comfortable & communicated to us throughout the whole process. It is literally a one stop shop for your child and for your family. They have parent group once a week for the parents led by Mike and it is a safe space for parents to share and get support. Mike kept it real and was the best facilitator I’ve experienced. They also do one on one family therapy sessions. The parent group & family sessions helped to involve the parents in the process, which is key to success. Again I could shout to the sky about this place. Our child has a smile so bright and optimistic outlook that we have not seen In a LONG time. Everyone is noticing the difference in her. "I was very fortunate to find the Principles recovery Teen Wellness Center when I did. They took my daughter in and we went through the 10week program. With their help, she learned to take accountability for her actions. They helped me and my husband as the parents teacher our daughter how to cope with anxiety and mental stress. There so many things teens go through that are in the mental stress bag. From anxiety to self harm to drugs, etc. it was hard to go through it but we came out of it with new knowledge with a respectful child that wants a second chance and a family that can repair the relationship and heal together. "The staff here is excellent-very experienced in working with teens and very responsive to parents. I think it’s a productive approach to therapy in that it involves both the parents and the kids, and also allows the kids to share with their peers in a safe place. Also focuses on the roots of issues rather than just the symptoms."
