If you have been searching for a practice which requires you to submit to the “Money Train,” wherein you must come in for an appointment to change your medications from as small a period of time as 1week, just to have you make another copay, submit billables to your insurance company for a 5min visit and more unnecessary lab work, you have found your village. If you want to build a relationship with a doctor who will become familiar with your health profile and provide you with non- money driven professional medical care, NSU Medical Clinic is NOT the place for you."

"I loved coming here. The pediatrics office here was where I came growing up. Dr. Faillace was my pediatrician, I decided to bring my kids here since I had such great experience growing up. I brought my kids here and it was great for a little bit but lately it has gone down hill. I have tried making appointments 3-4 times and they never have anything except for like 11am appointments which doesn’t work for a working mom. I will not be taking an entire day off for one doctor appointment. They take a while to see you, 2 hours almost and then the last appointment is 3:30 which is still splitting my day considering I get off at 5:30. I’m switching doctors, can’t deal with it anymore. So sad to have to leave my pediatrics office but I need an office that is reliable for my children’s needs."

"Called twice and “updated“ my information yet they have someone else’s information still and every time I call and they “update” it it’s still the same gave them my insurance last time I called they still ask me for it so I’m wondering who at the facility keeps taking my information and what exactly are they doing with it"

"Nova University Clinic, Family Medicine department is a joke. Front desk office secretaries are rude and incompetent. Everytine I ask to speak to a doctor they’re always unavailable. Never refill my prescriptions right. Nurse Karen talks to patients how ever she wants and isn’t helpful whatsoever. I would never recommend this clinic, it’s a complete waste of anyone’s time."
