"I came to this facility from a residential treatment facility. Right away my meds were changed. They refused to give me what the previous facility was giving me. This was supposed to be a step down in care but was not. In residential I was allowed to have my own cell phone for an hour at night. Here at their awful housing you had to use their phone. The housing cost $800 a month, I was only there 2 nights but didn’t receive any refund. The housing is very small, uncomfortable beds, hand towels used as bath towels that were really beat up. The techs couldn’t care less about you. The meds they put me on made my psychotic. I begged to be taken to the hospital but they refused. Thankfully, my husband came and picked me up. I had a better experience at the hospital psych ward than here. Seriously don’t waste your money, Genpsych is garbage"

"I was amazing product of Genpsych I am living proof that it works. From therapist to my provider to the every day techs that transport and watches over me they were amazing. Sara Jacqueline and Chris were amazing leaders over housing and our clinical direct Alice is wonderful they are so easy to talk to and get in touch with for questions. I truly enjoyed and loved my stay at Genpsych they prepared me for life after treatment. I really feel like they will be the last mental treatment I will ever need. Genpsych is the last stop on my mental health journey"

"This is a place you have to get used to, and that can take up to 2.5 weeks depending on if you are willing to give it a chance. The staff here are awesome, from the director, case manager, therapists, psychiatrist, and front desk staff, to the house manager and all the techs working there (though I only got to know the male tech staff. I had some real eye opening revelations about myself and now I feel I'm on the correct path to really loving myself and become independent. I'm now in an awesome place, thanks but not related to GenPsych, where I have enough independence to start supporting myself, but enough support from people to help me transition. I'm now just an outpatient at GenPsych, but they conveniently allow me to use Zoom and phone calls whenever I can't come in. I feel like my life is taking off now, thanks to GenPsych!"

"This is by far the best treatment facility I've been to. The staff treat you with the upmost respect. The therapy I have received here has helped me work on my self esteem and ways to manager my anxiety and depression. I came here broken and hurting and now I feel alive and ready to tackle life again. Sarah the case manager went above and beyond. She continues to surprise me. My therapist Olivia and Sarah believed in me when no one else did. Thank you genpsych for helping me feel like myself again."

"This treatment center has helped me learn coping skills and has balanced my mind chemistry enough to were I can efficiently manage my life. The staff are helpful and honest. Anyone with mental health ,I recommend to attend this program, should know the therapist and psychiatrist listen to your issue and symptoms and treats them effectively.
