"Great therapist, terrible receptionist. When I had first signed up to be helped the receptionist were younger women gossiping about patients and also speaking how one wasn’t going to go into work the next day and laughed. The office manager who has to work now as those old receptionist were fired is very rude and inappropriate. Really ruins what the facility is for. I will get help someplace else. If you want to be happy coming in don’t come here. If you can ignore the rudeness of receptionist come here. Regardless great therapist . You do not confront a mental health patient for hanging up on you due to frustration that wasn’t rude on the arrival of the appointment. You speak to the therapist to talk to the patient , Mentally ill individuals are unpredictable. She’s lucky I had control of myself, next time she won’t be lucky with another patient .
