"Office staff are very disorganized and rude. Their intake system sucks and won't submit your paperwork sometimes. I've had them cancel appointments on me within 2 hours of a session, which was very hard on my mental health. I've decided to find another office. Don't waste your time!"

"I have been seeing doctor Ali El-Menshawi for almost 2 years. I am not sure why people are rating this practice negatively. I have never had any problem with the office staff. They have always been professional and courteous. It is unfortunate that the doctor who is amazing. And I mean amazing is taking a hit because of complaints about the Clerical part of his practice. He is not a pill pusher. He is very into holistic treatment as well as medication. He is very caring and takes his time to ensure you are heard. I would not recommend any other psychiatrist. I have been under psychiatric care for probably 10 years. My last psychiatrist unfortunately, stop seeing patience. I was so very grateful to find him. My son was a patient of his and referred him to me. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff. Thank you for being so caring doctor Ali."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST STAFF EVER!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. The receptionists especially treat the patients here absolutely terrible. They will cause you to have panic attacks — trust me from experience. It’s damn near impossible to get them to refill your medications properly as well. Absolutely terrible place. Run as far from them as you can. RUN!!!!!!!"

"Terrible experience. My new patient appointment was a month wait which I understand because it is a new patient appointment but that was cancelled so I made another one and at first they told me it would be another month to which I said no and they fit me in for 2 weeks out. Got a call canceling that appointment again due to doctor out of town which seems to happen a lot and the reschedule is another month out. As a business that deals with mental health you should understand the urgency and importance of it. I see a lot of other reviews that have had the same terrible experience as I have so I would not recommend this place. Within the time spent waiting for appointments I could have already gotten help. How awful"

"My therapist, Somaya is amazing. Could not recommend her more. The office staff, on the other hand, is incredibly unprofessional. Waited over a month for an appointment only to be told the day of that it was canceled. I did not receive any notice, text, or voicemail. I actually had to call the office while waiting in an empty telehealth waiting room. Reschedule was offered over a month out with no recommendations for other providers I can see in the meantime. I will not be making another appointment with this office."
