"Kenecia Muller has been the NEW voice in my head and incredibly wonderful Counselor/Advocate for my self care and concern during a time of incredible trauma and upheaval in my life. She has ways of saying things that make them stick and jolt you out of where you have been stuck. Kenecia was 100% focused on me during our sessions, gave me homework to do that was uncomfortable but necessary (and that helped) in my progression. She made herself available at my time of crises even though I wasn't on her schedule at that time, which is something I will NEVER forget. Kenecia is real. She's a special human being who has a gift for helping others grow and alter their behavioral patterns in ways that are positive steps in the right direction. I'll be forever grateful to Kenecia for the care and concern she has shown me for this past year and a half."

She explained that she would provide me a copy of the agreement I signed stating I would be charged.I can understand why they have that policy in place but I have never had an office do that before with no notice.
