"This time, I went with my gut. I had read a few of the reviews that were left here. I was second guessing myself. But, Let me tell you what IM SO GLAD I DID!!. From my first appointment and to my second one, the young ladies at the reception desk were hands down the best I have ever dealt with. They made everything super simple and crystalclear and were utmost professional. Now, onto my therapist. I wasn't even supposed to receive treatment from Barbara at first, but nothing happened on God's plan by mistake. In just the first few appointments, she has earned my complete trust, and I am looking forward to her helping me achieve my goals while in her care. Thank you again so much for everything, Barbara and her team!"

"I am a new patient who scheduled an appointment about 5 days ago upon scheduling I was told I’d get new patient paperwork emailed to me. I reach out after the weekend to confirm I had an appointment because I still hadn’t received the paperwork, whoever worked the front desk confirmed I had an appointment but rudely told me she didn’t get my paperwork and it needed to be sent in. I initially booked this office because it was recommended on my insurance provider’s website and had great details about the doctors, their values, structures etc. I figured she must have a had a bad day, I then decided to just check their google reviews. Where I found she wasn’t having a bad day and rudeness is something to be expected with this office and this is how the front office speaks to people. I called back immediately and decided to cancel and spend my money elsewhere. First impressions are everything, Thanks for helping me figure that out before I went and spent my money. :)"

"Edit/Update: my extremely critical review did not go unnoticed by the Metro team and it actually opened the door to completely clear the air and potentially solve the problem(s) going forward. They seem to be in the middle of a lot of adjustments and I am hopeful for the future with them. Must give the office manager, Katie a genuine thank you for sitting down with me to get on the same page. Dr. Hirsch is amazing. I have had legitimate misgivings about every other aspect of Metro. In-person front office issues, follow-up issues and scheduling mistakes. I had to pay a $45 no-show fee for an appointment I showed up for, early in fact. They did not assume responsibility for cancelling my appointment without my request or approval and I was given no grace on the fee, even though I have literally never missed or cancelled an appointment. I started seeing a therapist at Metro named Dave. Definitely don’t recommend. He was always late to our appointments and ended them early for “paperwork” and never responded to any emails."
