Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The food here is always decent and the place always looks clean. However, I don’t know who the old man is (seems like a foreigner), probably the manager of this location. Quit skimping people on food for what they’re paying for. Don’t fall into the trap of the corporate greed that they don’t want you serving your customers. You pinch their portions from full scoops, no wonder why some people hate Chipotle in general. I feel bad enough about your employees if you ever haggled them over portion sizes. If you ask for cheese, literally the smallest sprinkle. If he’s ever on meat/tortilla, expect him to short you what you deserve. I hope I speak for many of the customers who experience this when they come to this particular location. If you don’t have him serve you, consider yourself blessed."

"Not as bad as I expected, but still has some common problems in Chipotle. This location is fairly new, and has a drive-thru for online orders. However, both the tables and workspace were dirty. The service was good, they got our orders correct and even double wrapped by burrito because the original tortilla broke. The food here meets the Chipotle standard. The flavors of my burrito and chips & queso were great. However, the guacamole was just fine and the taco was not structurally sound at all. Overall, typical experience for a Chipotle."

"The rice tasted hard and not fully cooked. The steak was super chewy and the salsa was sour. I paid extra for guacamole but didn’t realized there was a huge avocado skin until I took a bite from it. The service was horrible because both people that was prepping our rice bowls didn’t even hear or look at the scoop because there was a corvette parking outside. My friend and I have to keep repeating what we want for the rice bowl. I realized why I don’t eat at chipotle anymore because it’s not the same."

"Check your order before you leave. I didn’t and when I got home I was surprised to see I was missing literally 65% of the ingredients I ordered and all items were cold and soggy. Tried to call the restaurant and the number directs you to the website - fine. Email sent to support explaining what happened and their way of rectifying was a bogo entree (that I didn’t ask for) added to my account. When I asked for a refund instead, I was literally told “we already have provided the compensation and are unable to provide further compensation” in the form of a coupon I never asked for. This entire experience blows my mind for a $12 bowl. Choose wisely and check your order before leaving."

"I ordered a steak salad bowl with extra fajita veggies. There was barely ANY fajita veggies or lettuce. I am really disappointed with this location. I can't find a Chipotle anywhere in the area that will actually serve you the food you're paying for! I also ordered a bag of chips and guac, the chips were EXTRA salty. I guess they thought I meant extra salt instead of extra fajita veggies. I called the store, it rang forever, no one picked up. I am so pissed right now, I will never eat there again! #notslay Chipotle!"
