"This place is a horror story. Can’t find any parking , you come early and on time for your appointment but the wait is still 1 hour to an hour and a half. While I was being seen in a private room, other people walked in with no regard to me as a patient. The provider stepped out, without telling me anything. Computer was unlocked , I was able to see sensitive information of other patients, names, addresses, diagnosis. Please do not go here unless you want these people to literally play with you. They only care about insurance benefits, very very distasteful front desk staff so rude ugh I can go on and on and needless to say, this is my last time here."

"I'd give a zero if I could. No one speaks English, if they do its their 10th language. Takes an hour after appt time to be seen for 2 minutes. This place is an office of 50 pencil pushers, that's it, no actual medical care or practice."

"I have been helped by Claudia to set an urgent appointment to be able to do a physical for my nursing school requirements. She has been very helpful with this and very kind. They assist with whatever you need on your terms and are very understanding. Thank you Soma and Claudia for all your help."

"I will never step foot into this practice again. If you have a health history, do not see any of these doctors because they do not know how to treat you and they refuse to give you a referral to see a specialist (especially one that you’ve been seeing for 10 years.) I am ashamed every time I have to come here and it will never happen again. I’ve had 2 medical emergencies that put me in the ER and for one of those follow up visits, the first doctor that I saw had to google what the ER diagnosed me with and he had to google the test that ER doctor recommended. After not getting that referral, I decided to pay out of pocket for that specialist. When that specialist told me to follow up with another specialist(one that I’ve been seeing for 10 years), I did the request through Soma for a referral. I was brought into a fancy office, where a fancy looking doctor whom I never met before sat behind a desk. He knew nothing about my history. Ridiculed me for my health, made me cry. When I told him about my issues and what other doctors and specialist have said and recommended, he said, “ I don’t have to listen to other doctors”. I wish that I would have written everything down, because there was more that was said, I was just too distraught after him pulling me into his office and verbally harassing me. I will forever be traumatized by the way Dr. B treated me. He did approve me for ONE visit to see my specialist. But he DID NOT approve me for a test that my specialist want to do. Again, if you have a history where you see certain specialist. Do not go here. He thinks he knows it all. Might I add that the time I did come to this office, for well or sick visits. Not once did a doctor check my heart through a stethoscope. I have noted this many times as well."

"I was really happy an impressed with the great service that I received at Soma Medical Center, since the time that I booked my appointment by phone, until the time that I left their the office at Lake Worth. All the people there, make me feel that I was talking with friends and family. All of them very friendly and ready to answer all my medical questions. The receptionist, the medical assistant, the nurse, the Doctor, the Lab's people and every single person there, were very friendly. Upstanding service. Clean, beautiful, organized and modern location. It does not look like a clinic, it is like a 5 start hotel. I highly recommend the Soma Medical Center for all your medical needs. They are ready to serve you with a smile on their face. In top of that, great lookin and beautiful staff working there. Latin blood all over."
