Helix Urgent Care - Palm Springs / Lake Worth / West Palm Beach

"Judging by other reviews, it looks like I am not alone in the feeling that Helix is disorganized, offers poor customer service, and lacks communications. I was blind charged a large amount of funds with no prior communications via email, text, phone, or traditional After many calls, I was only able to confirm that had the policy number and email incorrect on said account. I tried multiple times to communicate with billing, with no reciprocation back. Finally, I was able to speak with the facilities office manager, who did at least take down the correct information, but threatened to charge me an additional $90 fee when I told her I was able to report the original charge as theft, (assessed charge billed to my bank with no knowledge to client). To boot, the office manager could not inform me of any communication attempts as she did not have access to a communication log. So due to data entry errors at check in, I was left stolen from and now threatened with additional charges. This Urgent Care location seems to stive at building a loyal client base with their quality customer service!"

"This clinic has no organized protocol of signing in. Do not just right your name in the sign in list. You have to let them know you are here. Otherwise your name will be skipped. I have waited more than hour already and i wonder this cannot be right. So I check with them they said you should have told us what you are here for. Now I have to wait for another turn after those who have skipped me. The receptionist are rude and inconsiderate. Do not come here if you're in emergency. You have to wait even more than the time in the hospital. This place is sucks."

"Horrible wait time. Every time I go they make you wait in the lobby for an hour until they finally call you to a room and then in the room you wait another 1-2 hours while the doctor is in on a chair on his phone. I have come at different times of the day and the same thing most of the time lobby only has 1-2 people waiting so not just at all and still takes 3-4 hrs to get seen. Worse than and ER."

"I rather just die before going back to them. Front desk staff is not knowledgeable on process and procedures. Also not detailed oriented it took 3 visits for then to finally get it right. The nurse and doctor was great but front staff, GOOD LUCK. 1 star is too much to give them. Im going to do them and myself a favor, and never return here again."

"The front desk staff couldn’t be nicer. The medical personal were kind and took their time. I didn’t feel rushed. After I left the center, I had to call them regarding a medication that was prescribed and they were very accommodating answering my questions. I would highly recommend this center to all."
