Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I don’t understand why I can’t order a quesadilla here at the counter when I can order one at every other chipotle restaurant I go to. First they said they can’t make a quesadilla, then they said I can order it online, which seems silly if I’m already standing at the counter after waiting in line. And I’m not able to tailor a quesadilla the way I like when I order online. Doesn’t make sense. Our group left without ordering anything."

"I just left this chipotle and the service was beyond terrible . 0 stars if I could . The employees I couldn’t get they names but the curly hair young dude was disrespecting a elderly using profanity while I’m trying to order & the young lady with the braces and glasses talking and goofing around with her co workers also while I was ordering . Both these two kids seem like was so disrespectful. No managers around to supervise them and why are they using bad words in front of guess . Nothing was prepared it was a wait time on almost everything . Line was to the door . This is the only location I have been to that I didn’t leave satisfied. Get it together chipotle ."

"We all know that not all Chipotles are the same. This one happens to be one of the best. The food is always so good, and they aren’t usually too stingy with the portions. The line moves quick too. The only downside is the parking lot is a mess because they share a lot with Starbucks. So today for example it took me 5 whole minutes just to get out of the lot cause I couldn’t even pull out of my spot because the Starbucks line was blocking me in."

"I’m appalled at the lack of customer service skills and willingness to assist a customer. I purchased 3 bowls and each of them had hard rice, bland protein, I could go in about how horrible the food was. It was so horrible I put my clothes back on to return back to the location responsible for preparing the NASTY food. Instead how can I help I was greeted with an attitude, full of what wasn’t going to happen. When I requested someone else she proceeds to point at a card in which she aggressively circles the owners name. Not one time did she offer to make things right; not one time did she think of the customers frustration. She told me to get in a line full of customers; without explanation. I advised i wouldn’t enter the line but I would wait for her and she declined saying she wasn’t assisting. I left the food with the girl who said she was the manager and I was NOT refunded. Forget telling you all not to go. This establishment needs to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED."
