"I used their services via virtual appointments. Of the 5 appointments I had, I believe 4 were either cancelled or rescheduled without my knowledge. It's very frustrating clearing my schedule and waiting for a virtual appointment to find out the appointment was changed. The last appointment I had wasn't even an appointment. The counselor told me she could no longer see me and that the office will call me to reschedule with another counselor. They never did call me. While the counselor was good, the scheduling and logistics were terrible. I most likely won't be going back here if I need these services again."
