"The Kendall facility is very slow to bill you (over a year) and then wants to state over a year later that you have not paid something. (very low amount co-pay) When my therapist didn't show up during start of covid and I did, I shouldn't have been billed. I have dual insurance and would appreciate a phone call to resolve instead of telling credit bureau I didn't pay something almost two years later. Ridiculous! I will never recommend or go back to this Select PT location or its outdated facility."

I have to say, out of the previously places I have done therapy over the years, this place is by far the best. The people who work here are absolutely wonderful. From the therapists, to the office manager and people at the front desk - everyone has been so welcoming and friendly and professional. They listen to your concerns and work with you to get you back to 100%. It is no surprise to me that this location has a 5 star rating. They are open early, stay open late, and are open on the weekends which is extremely accommodating for a working mom. I have progressed with my recovery leaps and bounds and am just so happy such a wonderful place exists. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs p.t!"
