"Based on prior experience, I was a believer in the benefits of acupuncture for a variety of persistent, nagging and/or repetitive use ailments - aka aging. Recently, I experienced a more episodic, traumatic double injury - a hamstring tear and painful shoulder joint sprain. These are two quite different injuries that resulted from the same event. I sought out Tasha to see if acupuncture might be useful in this new (to me) situation. Tasha started treating these injuries shortly after they occurred, and I've been extremely impressed with her ability to help me through the acute recovery phase of both injuries. Tasha has the training and experience to employ multiple treatment approaches because she is trained in massage, acupuncture and other "healing" techniques. There's no question that her treatments have helped my recovery - accelerated healing, reduced pain, improved swelling and inflammation. I will still need to do PT to get back to full recovery, but I believe I'll be cleared to start PT faster as a result Tasha's treatments. As an aside, she's also a very nice and caring person. I recommend her highly."

The experience was very relaxing and nice and the doctor explained everything she was doing in detail. I went in for acupuncture to induce labor at 40+2.
