"The therapist at Fysical Therapy in Pelican Bay did an excellent job of diagnosing my shoulder pain and using methods to relax the muscle spasm that was causing the pain. She was able to relieve the immediate pain, which was a huge relief, and get me on the road to recovery quickly. It’s a very nice facility and the location off of Tamiami Trail was convenient for me."

"I was running 5 mins late to my appointment from dropping my daughters off at school. Receptionist called and asked where I was. I informed her I was a few minutes away. She then became irritated and argumentative stating that they couldn’t do everything they needed to do in the time allotted. I asked that they do what they could in the time I had left (as I was in pain and in need of therapy). She didn’t understand, or wasn’t listening, and started talking over me, saying they had appointments after me and they couldn’t go over time. This is not what I had ask. I politely asked her to stop talking over me and proceeded to tell her to cancel my services with them. How are you going to be so aggressive and belittling to someone who is in physical pain? Edit based on owners response: I did not say that I should be able to be seen at any time due to my pain levels. If your employee told you that I said that, they lied. I said that I should be allowed to come in for my scheduled appointment, even though it would have been a shortened session. Due to your response below, it doesn’t sound like you actually read my review stating this and instead just repeated what your employee told you. I said in my original review that they weren’t listening but rather talking over me. I am very aware and understanding that there are other people and other appointments. Your employee offered me one additional appointment time, not several, which did not work with my work schedule. I am having this conversation with them mind you, as I am already waiting in the parking lot. So your office has time to argue with patients over the phone but not see them, even for a shortened session when they are already there. Customer service, in any regard, is about critical thinking and problem solving, not simply sticking to a script because a deviation from that script would be an inconvenience to you."
