"The entire staff there is competent and amicable, and the environment is clean and neat. Sheryl has always been very friendly, kind, and accommodating with scheduling. There's never a long wait on the phone, and she makes it easy to reschedule if needed. She schedules as many appointments ahead of time as possible, instead of a week-by-week basis, which I appreciate to have a consistent schedule. And she's genuinely sweet and cheerful in every interaction. All the techs are hardworking and attentive; they will either set you up with your next exercise or call over the physical therapist so that you're not waiting long. I'm also impressed with the cleanliness standards, the pillows are changed and the treatment tables wiped down immediately after each use. Jeremy is excellently knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He's helped me make progress with a long-term shoulder issue that had been bothering me for nearly a decade. He's very thorough; he assesses my condition each time to customize the exercises, and checks periodically to ensure nothing is overstrained. Also, he explains everything! Such as, why certain areas might be painful, and the reasons behind the exercises and what muscles they're working, and the anatomical terms/functions of everything involved! (Also, bonus points for being hilarious lol.) I don't have enough personal experience with the other PTs or PTAs, but from observation they seem quite good and their patients appear satisfied. Estates Physical Therapy has been the best healthcare experience I've ever had (and I've been to a lot). Overall positive and professional environment! I don't usually bother to write reviews, but the experience has been so pleasant."
