After years of working with numerous other practitioners on a shoulder injury I sustained in a car accident - I was hesitant to try yet another person who claimed they could help me. After my first session with Josh I felt totally at ease. He made more progress in that one session than any of the others combined. He eventually corrected my issue, got me pain free AND provided me the tools to allow me to maintain & strengthen it. Recently we have been doing some scar tissue work on an area I have had complete numbness for almost 9 years. I had hurt my shoulder on the job and after months of not finding relief and trying to go back to the gym and not being able to lift anything due to pain in my shoulder. I was recommended by a friend to see Joshua. On my first visit he helped me do exercises to warm up my shoulder plus hands on work.
