"Billing process is crazy, trying to reach someone is a mess. Could not get them to work with the scholarship, haven’t had them cash the check I sent yet this is for services over a year ago. For 2 years my kid had probably 7-8 different RBTs. I never received quarterly or annual reports only the initial assessment. Most of the people are really nice, some you see playing on their cell phones during sessions. Like all mental health services around Lakeland it’s hit or miss."
