"I go to group therapy 2 days a week it is the best"
"You make an appointment for a certain date and time and your therapist is running late. Not a few minutes late but an hour or two behind every single time. If you can't sit and wait for that appointment and have to reschedule the you just don't get your medication refilled. The next appointment available isnt for another 6 weeks. Go without Meds for 6 weeks? What a joke. Not a one time occurrence."
"This has to be the worst mental health service provider in the state. I dropped off a friend for a 7:30am appointment, we arrive at 7am but there doors were locked. They opened at 7:40am, then they have the audacity to tell us that we are late too our face!!"
"I'm disabled and have severe depression and ptsd. Just getting ready to go to an appointment takes hours. I arrived at the place 4 mins late due to traffic, which should only take 15 mins to get there it took 49. I was immediately told not so nice of tone that I was late and need to re schedule. Or wait all the rest of the day at that office and maybe be seen. I'm disabled and can't sit in an office all day. So now I'm am out f my medicine and they won't refill it. What kind of mental health place allows a patient to go off depression medicine without letting you know ahead of time."
"Buckle up folks, this place is a dumpster fire pretending to be a mental health facility. If there was an option to give this place 0 stars, I would have chosen that option. There is not a single time I have gone to either location and been seen on time. The shortest wait I've had, was 25 minutes, and the longest is 2.5 HOURS. They obviously have no concept of time management, and don't bother telling anyone what is going on. A medication check up is ideally supposed to take 10 minutes (they schedule 6 patients an hour), But things happen. Yesterday I waited an hour to be seen when my appointment was 1 hour after they opened. How behind are you in a single hour, that you can't take responsibility for your issues as a company. They blamed it on me showing up late, when in fact i was early. The one time in two years that I was late, they said they said "they'd try and squeeze me in". In two years they have never been on time, but the single time i show up three minutes late, they were running on time. While i understand it is not the fault of any individual staff member, for this "company's" blatant lack of organization, It is still very frustrating. It is evident that your recovery is not more important than spending your money on pills and therapy. Your time is not valued, and your mental health is unimportant in the eyes of Park Place. Had I been given the option of any other Behavioral Health Provider, I would have never even considered this one."
