"I learned about Audra through a common friend, and decided to see if she could help my shoulder (with a bone spur), and help my aching IT band. I thought the shoulder was a lost cause, since I had had it x-rayed, found a bone spur and gotten injected with corticosteroids—with very little results. I was told that I would need arthroscopic surgery if if the steroids didn’t work. But with Audra, I saw improvement after the first session, to the point I felt I longer needed surgery. After the second and third sessions, my pain was totally gone. My IT band pain subsided after the second session as well. It is evident that Audra has vast knowledge of anatomical form, function and movement. I would go even further to say that she is very intuitive about my specific needs. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Audra to anyone with muscular or joint pain, or limited movement. I am living proof that her magic hands can work miracles."
