"The therapists are great but the front desk could use some work. They use to have a really nice lady not sure where she went but definitely miss her. Tried to cancel my son’s appointment since he is going with his uncle. Said I would be charged an unexcused absence even though I called them right as they opened. My husband is away for the army, I work full time, have 2 kids and I am in nursing school so this was the only day I will have for homework. If they don’t send a reminder though or change your appointment times they are unapologetic. So they can make mistakes and not be held accountable but if we do then screw us. This has happened 3 times since the new lady. The last lady helped me find different days or different times when my son had to go to the hospital and always sent reminders and my appointments never got changed. Edit: the owner said they would be able to work with me see comment below but when I called I did explain. That is when they told me it is going to count as an unexcused"
