"Everyone was so nice. The young lady at the front desk was delightful, the older woman that checked me in was very nice, her name began with the letter "M" to Chris who prescribed my antibiotic. I'm so glad I went to Advanced EmUrgent Care to take care of me. I do feel so much better now."

"The nurses in the waiting room were very nice and informative! The MA that took me back to the room was great, she really made me feel comfortable, and gave me lots of info. When I finally saw the Provider I felt rushed and she didn't really seem to want to listen to my concerns. I know it was after or close to closing when was but that is no reason or excuse."

"The team at Advanced EmUrgent Care are pleasant and wonderful people. The receptionist welcomed me with a smile and happily checked me in. My wait time was fair. Maritza walked me back to the room and was caring and kind. Elizabeth the NP really took her time with me. She explained to me my symptoms and what to expect in the days to come as I start to get better. She told me what to do if I don’t and really listened to my concerns. This will be the place for me to come in any event that I may need them again. They are truly amazing people who genuinely seem to care."

"Unfortunately, this is my second time visiting this facility, and it was not as great of an experience as it was the first time, which is why I came back with my son. The front desk receptionist (with facial piercings) declined my secondary insurance which is advertised on their website and was taken at my first appointment not long ago. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t know why that person took it the first time and said that not everyone knows what they are doing. After questioning the website and My Account, her demeanor towards me changed, and I told her that I wasn’t trying to upset her. I just wanted to verify whether I had a copayment or my insurance would be taken. Unfortunately, everybody else was very nice, but I will not be returning back to this facility. Update: 9/29: Management reached out and was able to clarify insurance issue and rectify complaint. I do appreciate someone contacting me. Thank you!"
