"Party of 3 for dinner. We had a 20 minute wait for a table and the place was busy. Doesn't look like much inside or out, but it was easily one of my favorite dinners on the shore the past few years. I chose the grilled trigger fish with hushpuppies and sweet potato casserole from the senior menu. Bread basket was complimentary and the dark bread was especially delicious. The trigger was so simple and perfectly cooked. Our server was the rare blend of pleasant, helpful, and unobtrusive without being perky. He made helpful suggestions and provided great service."

"After reading some reviews, I had to try this place. Absolutely LOVED all our food. I had the fried flounder, coleslaw and steamed veggies. The veggies might have been overdone for some customers but I was ok with them. Husband had chicken strips, coleslaw and corn fritters. He too Absolutely loved it all. We might have to go back before heading home. Waitress was awesome, very attentive. Price was very reasonable compared to other restaurants we went to DEFINITELY 5 OF 5 STARS"

"Had the shrimp lovers platter and it was great. The gator bites portion was a little small. Overall food was great, food came out fast and the wait staff could have been attentively to the drinks. Worth the try."

"This place is so great. The people who work there were very nice. The food was AWESOME. We had a fishing trip that morning and were referred by Bobby Ray Cagle who was our fishing guide (which was also awesome). We handed over our fish on ice. They cooked them up perfectly! We had some blackened, some fried, and some grilled. Our favorite was the grilled and they were TOP KNOTCH. Our waitress was also a very sweet young pretty girl. She and her Co workers made my son happy and proud of the big fish he caught. I have nothing but positive things to say about today. Thank you for making my son's birthday trip even more memorable for him. Priceless memories."
