"Dr Tyler and his staff are topnotch!! We came to Panama City Beach, as snowbirds, to enjoy some warmer temperatures. I knew my back wasn't in the best shape even though I had seen my physiotherapist and chiropractor just before coming to Florida. I knew they were not helping me and ignoring my chronic pain. We went for a lengthy walk on the beach and that walk was the last thing my back needed to put me over the edge with severe pain and severe spasms. I knew I needed help but being far from home I hardly knew where to turn. I was told that Beachtown Health and Wellness was a good place to go, so I made an appointment. The first appointment included forms to fill out, a full set of x-rays and a consultation. The next appointment would be made for treatment after the x-rays were looked at and my history looked over. Dr. Tyler came in to examine my back and he immediately knew I was in trouble with a lot of pain and said I was not to leave till he treated me and he also offered me a free soft wave treatment. He fit me inbetween seeing other patients and explained what all was going on with my back and he wasn't surprised I had so much pain. He was quite shocked that up till now no one had ever made a treatment plan to help me with my chronic pain. After just a few treatments I am so much better. No more severe pain or spasms. I haven't had anyone care for me, as well as Dr. Tyler has, in years. Besides his chiropractic knowledge and excellent treatment protocol, he is a very nice man and has a genuine concern for my health even though I am only here for a couple months. His concern goes beyond being here and he is giving me great advice when I return home. I am so thankful someone referred me to the clinic and when I return to Panama City Beach yearly I will be at ease knowing he and his wonderful staff will be taking care of me to help maintain my back and joint health so I can enjoy my time here. After months of other docs just brushing me off, he spent over an hour with me and took X-rays and pretty much knew right away, he had it looked at by a specialist and called me immediately. He is the only one who took the time to get down to the real issue and not just mask with pain meds, and now I am taking the steps needed to heal and get back to me at 100%. Forced grateful."
